ImpaxtBridge is a platform that connects nonprofit organizations with technology professionals to collaborate on innovative solutions for social impact. We provide tools for challenge creation, project submission, review, and portfolio management.
3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our platform.
3.2 Account Registration: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.4 Geographic Restrictions: Our platform is primarily focused on serving users located within the European Union, with operations based in Germany.
As a user of ImpaxtBridge, you agree to:
5.1 Platform Content: The ImpaxtBridge platform, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 User Content: You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and promoting our platform.
5.3 Challenge Submissions: Submissions to challenges may be shared with the relevant nonprofit organization for evaluation purposes.
You may not:
7.1 Verification: Nonprofit organizations must undergo verification before publishing challenges on the platform.
7.2 Challenge Accuracy: Organizations are responsible for ensuring their challenges contain accurate information and reasonable requirements.
7.3 Fair Evaluation: Organizations must evaluate submissions fairly and provide constructive feedback when requested.
8.1 Original Work: All submissions must be your original work or properly attributed.
8.2 Quality Standards: Submissions should meet reasonable quality standards and address the challenge requirements.
8.3 Professional Conduct: Maintain professional communication with nonprofit organizations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise inappropriate. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImpaxtBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ImpaxtBridge and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be Berlin, Germany, to the extent legally permissible.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
